WHAT IS SO-SO STORE ?
SO-SO STORE is a Portuguese brand that was born at the end of 2016. It creates unique gifts for the home inspired by portuguese expressions and proverbs. Every product is created and handmade in Portugal, in our small workshop.
WHY SO-SO STORE ?
“So-So” translates into Portuguese as “assim-assim”, a common expression among Portuguese people.
WHERE AND HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE ?
All SO-SO STORE products are handmade in Portugal, in our workshop, with natural materials and great attention to detail.
WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ?
We accept payments by PAYPAL and CREDIT CARD to worldwide. For orders in Portugal, we also accept payments by BANK TRANSFER.
HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED ?
When you place the order, you will be notified to pay for it. Once you do, you will receive an email informing that your order is being processed, and may take up to 48 hours. When we send your order, you will receive a tracking code that will allow you to accompany it.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP ?
We ship worldwide.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE SHIPPING ?
The shipping depends on the geographic location of the recipient. For Portugal it takes between 3 and 5 business days. For Europe and the rest of the world it takes between one and three weeks.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS ?
For Portugal, shipping costs depends on the weight of the order. You can know the exact cost of the aticle during the “checkout” operation, and before proceeding with the payment. For Europe and the rest of the world, the costs are variable, depending on the weight and the size of the packaging, and they are visible at checkout.
AM I ABLE TO AMEND MY ORDER ?
If you have placed an order and, in the meantime, change your mind, we can change it, as long as it has not been sent yet. To do this, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ?
The customer has 15 days to return or exchange an item purchased in SO-SO STORE, which should be returned in its original condition.
Returns will not be accepted except for defects in workmanship.
Customers can request a return in exchange for a voucher in the value of the order, with no expiration date.
If the order does not arrive in conditions, we are fully available for the exchange of the same.
